Korogwe Girls  Secondary School is a Government Girls' Boarding school located in Korogwe  Town-Tanga about ½ Km from Korogwe Bus station. Initially the School started in 1965 in Muheza District and in the following year shifted to Korogwe District. The school registration number is S.75 and registration number in National Examination Council of Tanzania (NECTA) is S0209. The school is playing a very prolific part in the women empowering platform.
